Has anyone had foot pain you think was caused by 7?

My left foot, heel area mostly, started hurting about 2 months or so ago. Dr has said it is plantar fasciitis but I am wondering if it has something to do with 7 and if anyone has had this issue. No injury. Same with some pain in left shoulder, no injury.
