Looking For Top Water Fishing Charters

Anyone know any San Diego boats or captains that specialize in topwater fishing for tuna and yellowtail?

I’m looking for boats that actually focus on spinning reels, poppers, stickbaits, and minnows, not just live bait fishing or surface iron. Mainly interested in surface action for BFT and yellowtail around Southern California. Any recommendations?
