Compulsive skin picking- please advise

I compulsively rub my fingers. I also touch my stomach and I have noticed that I do it more when I ask anxious.

I am currently under going tests for adhd. My first test said that I might have OCD and have another test next week and an in person appointment after that.

I am on 100 mg Sertaline currently for anxiety and my doctor said that she will give me something for adhd when officially diagnosed

I am looking for experiences from people who had this behavior. Did medication help with this?

Which medication has helped you with skin picking? Any help is greatly appreciated
