Parents I've met, along with (especially) parents who talk about their kids on social media, seem very clueless about how children's minds work, as if they don't remember being a child, or lost the memory of being a child as soon as they had one.
I'm not going to be able to have kids for scientific reasons and I don't care for them, so it works out. but parents are super fucking weird when they talk about their children. do they not remember how frustrating being a child was?
