Need help urgently please for proving FL residency and tuition

I’m a re-admit to Valencia and saw that the deadline for dues were today at 5. I checked the site and it says it’s costing me several thousand dollars, which I assume is for out-of-state? I don’t want to get dropped. Should I eat the price now and can I get reimbursed once I submit the appropriate documents or is too late?
