Getting surgery? What to tell work?

I am getting top surgery in June. My job is most likely like not transphobic and stuff, but nobody knows and ofc i wanna keep that to myself.. what should i tell my boss....... like imma be gone for about two months, i cant say anything crazy like cancer obviously.

i know i don't need to tell them what surgery it is, but i wouldn't wanna be like, oh.... actually i cant tell you uhmmmm... but what do i say it is?

i had a swollen lymph node on my neck that previously had to get taken out, i was thinking of just saying this? im not sure :/
