Parkonic is a joke

I got stuck in a mall parking run by Parkonic for over an hour. Almost as long as the movie I had just seen. System refused to acknowledge my car ever entered the mall. Call support at the machine doesn't work. Toll-free line initially tried to get me to pay (which I shouldn't have to), but then were helpless to actually fix the issue.

What truly shocked me is that they had 0 staff in the mall to support with these issues. Absolutely no one! I had to wait over an hour for anyone to show up. Wondering if anyone else encountered this.

I can't imagine if someone has an important meeting or an emergency and had to leave urgently, then encountered this joke of a system. What would you do?
