Duplicate Doesnt do his work correct.

(sorry for my broken english) me and my friend were playing tv station lockdown and he found a golden lion, he had a universal duplicator and used it, it went good, and at the end he pressed the button to recieve it at his email, tho after the raid only 1 lion was sent back, did anyone have also this problem? or am i the only one? and i hope my friend will get a compisation.
