Cant Upgrade my gear Cause im Findling not enough items

Since the new Season arrived i had some struggle finding legendary gear (The Jump to torment)
Im currently playing on t1 and i cant find Any legendarys for new aspects
And i dont have enough crafting material to Upgrade yellow items to legandary ones in the cube for new aspects

Is This How it is in The new Season or am i missing something?

Currently lvl 70 - 55 paragon
Only have 1 aspect i Need
And nearly only yellow gear
