Should I ask buyer to change feedback?

I had an issue with some sunglasses I sold recently. I guess they are Rx and I didn’t notice. Immediately they messaged me and called me a fraudulent seller and said they “demand a refund” and were very rude. I accepted blame and approved their return. Today they asked if they still need to return the glasses and said they are out of town for 3 weeks (they were very friendly). I replied Yes. I just noticed they have already left bad feedback calling me a “fraudulent seller”.

I made a mistake and owned up to it and I feel like this person is going too hard over $30 sunglasses. Should I ask them to re consider? This is so insane to me.
