Touching my tabs makes my fingers burn, any awnsers?

Bought 3 tabs for 30$ and am fishy wether its real or not. Planning on taking them tonight, but when handling them with my fingers it kinda burns my fingers a little bit. Dont know if its like placebo or what but the burning feels very real and happens every time ive handled them.
