Why do women do this???

So I haven't went on a date in almost 3 years. I started to seriously step back into dating because I don't want to be isolated anymore and i want to take someone seriously.
Ive ran into the issue of girls being flaky or just flat out unsure. Even worse..they just want to have sex.

I don't understand, i work so hard. I take care of myself. I model. I take care of my friends. I treat people with kindess. I dont do weird things. I dont understand what it is. Why is it never me? Why cant i ever go on a date? Its so hard.

I never get taken seriously or am looked at like an actual person or a worthy date. I just get "oos and ahs" of my career and my lifestyle and i want to share that but no one ever takes me seriously...
