Tirz and steroid shot

I went ham on exercising and really hurt my knees. Unfortunately ended up with NASTY steroid shot into both knees. I feel awful, blood sugar spikes and fatigued. Anyway, tonight is supposed to be my week 6 shot. Should I wait until tomorrow or just suck it up. I notice a pattern of feeling pretty warn out the day or two after my tirz injection. Any thoughts?
