context: trying to pay off student loans with the help of some reselling on the side nothing serious and I’m not a big seller or anything. I just started about maybe a month ago. I sold a squishy to a buyer for $22 the next squishy, which was the same sold for $20, she wanted one as well so I ran one for $22 which she swiped and bid on she then asked in chat “why was it $22 when the other was 20 I’m totally down to support but just curious“ I then proceeded to say that another sold for that price so that is why I priced it at that point and it was my last squishy of that type as well. She then used That to try to guilt me in the chat and ask if I can run something for cheaper since she paid more for the cat and like a dummy, I ended up caving in, and I ran the cheese for slightly lower, which she bid on course. My show ends. I ship everything out and once everything arrives, I end up getting this notification that she filed a report and said that she was counterfeit but then submit a totally different brand of cheese (which would be like I auctioned off Adidas shoes, and she submitted a pair of Nike saying I sent counterfeit shoes when she clearly saw what she was buying ) which whatnot just gave a automatic return and didn’t give me any time. Her reply just further upsets aswell. (also the sticker she is referring to I had made that claim before I discounted the cheese for her so I made the mistake of thinking since I discounted the cheese we were okay. Overall the whole ordeal seemed off and premeditated/planned by the buyer. :( I just want other people to be aware of this buyer and maybe learn from any mistakes I might’ve made.
