looking for silhouette cat pfp animated on points shop

the pfp

the cat wags it's tail and blinks and looks around a bit. I found the gif here: https://tenor.com/view/cat-moon-addadd-gif-123114254524088182

since it's animated, it's on the points shop. I looked and couldn't find anything called cat moon or whatever. does anyone know what this is called or can link me it and how to get it?
