Key Evidence Against JEM Video Recorded At Rodneys And Posted To Twitter

The problem with defamation and libel lawsuits is the evidence required to prove these things have happened

With libel you must show the same libelous assertion written multiple times presented as factual. Which John did via Twitter. John has messages going back YEARS claiming Anthony Cumia is a racist pedo.

The defamation claim must be backed up by people who became convinced that Anthony Cumia is a Racist and a pedo. Its hard to demonstrate this to the court. However, this is where the Rodneys video comes into play.

The man in the Rodneys video claims he doesn't know Anthony Cumia, They have never met.......but he knows Anthony is a racist pedo. Where did he learn such information?? This video can be used to demonstrate that after YEARS of telling people thru various media that Anthony Cumia is, in fact, a racist pedo, Johns good work had finally paid off. Of course, John took to YouTube and claimed VICTORY over the altercation and taking personal responsibility for this man's opinion. John even asserted that everyone knows this about "pocky" in short part because of him ( John, ever the rake stepper )

How much is that going to cost you Johnny? What is this evidence you have and are bringing to court with you?? Why haven't you provided this evidence to the FBI or State and Local law enforcement?? You better call LT. Phil Lamanna for some help buddy.
