Guys do i put Livingston or Busch as my first choice for dorming?

For reference, I'm an incoming freshman planning on dual majoring in Political Science and Economics, so most of my classes are (im assuming) going ot be on College Ave, but I don't want to dorm at college ave bcs im not rly into the party scene.

Also, does anyone have a reference for how long it takes by bus from Livingston to College Ave vs Busch to College Ave?
