Why do i never see diamondback driver gloves in cs2?

The diamondback driver gloves are a high priced, super iliquid item... but still, i havent seen a single person in game with them, ive been playing cs for 5yrs and still havent seen them in an actual game, casual, comp, prem, etc.

Anybody know why?
