Nexus question

Hey everyone, I completed my first part of the interview (Canadian) at Pearson airport. After waiting for about 2 hours for the US part, I left. Ther were people who were there since 3+ hours.

What are my options? Do I have to fly into Pearson again for the Us interview? Or is there another option?
