Having trouble with urges again

It’s been a bad week full of relapses, just now I was playing a game and everytime I die, I look at porn till I respawn. I feel I don’t have the motivation to fight against the urges you know, I’ve been telling myself, I’ll start the streak again on Monday.
Cause it feels nice i guess for Day 1-7 to correspond with the days of the week you know? Um I pretty much gave up this week to be honest and I hate that I did, but I’m not going to change anything and shit, it gets demotivating to continue after a while. I’m gonna try enjoy my game and then go finish off season 2 of Breaking Bad I guess
