Can I skip Act Cadenza?

I've seen people say that in terms of story, to just play Melty Blood ReAct and then Actress Again Current Code. Would I be skipping anything essential/important in terms of story content if I skipped Act Cadenza or can it be skipped if you're just in it for the story?
