HELP

I have attempted to find this song on Spotify where I originally heard it and have searched for weeks. I don’t know the artist, title, tune, or any lyrics. I can only recall the story. The store basically goes the singer gets his buddy to help rob a grocery store. The robbery goes sideways when there is an exchange of gunfire between the singers friend and the grocery store clerk who used a shotgun. In the exchange of gunfire the clerk died and the singer’s friend died.

The sheriff came whose name/nickname was Big Dick and his deputies had the grocery store surrounded. The cops thought having the singers family come out to help convince him to surrender. Only that did not work because his family got on the megaphone and disowned him and that he will get what he deserves.

The deputies rush the family out because they would agitate the situation so they brought in his ex girlfriend who left him for another man (I believe it to be the towns bowling captain). Eventually the singer surrendered.

I have tried google and chat got while also listening to multiple songs on Spotify. The song has a ballad element that sounds bluegrassy and Americana.

Thank you
