Getting 12 testers is only half the battle. Google Play now looks for **meaningful engagement**. If your 12 testers install the app but never open it, you will likely be denied production access after your 14 days are up.

To keep our community safe and successful, please follow these "Safety & Success" guidelines:

# 1. The "Open Daily" Rule

When you trade tests with someone, don't just install it and forget it. **Open the app at least once every 2-3 days.** Google’s algorithm tracks active users, not just "total installs."

# 2. Quality Feedback (Rule #4)

Avoid "ghost testing." When you test an app from this sub:

* Note your device model and Android version.
* Mention one thing you liked and one bug (or UI improvement).
* **Why?** Google Console asks for a summary of your testing results. You need real feedback to show them!

# 3. Stay Safe: No Personal Data

Never share your personal Gmail or phone number in the comments.

* **Developers:** Use a **Google Group** for your closed test. It’s the safest way to manage testers without exposing everyone’s private email addresses.
* **Testers:** Only join via official Play Store links.

# 4. Be a "Pro" Partner

This sub runs on **Quid Pro Quo**. If someone tests your app for 14 days, you owe them 14 days of testing in return. If you delete someone's app the day after you post, you will be banned.
