Anxiety about my application.

My wife and I wanted to find a cheaper place. We've baisically been paycheck to paycheck for a few years at our current place and we applied to a place that is nearly half our rent. My fear, we put in the 60 day notice and its not 30 days away. I applied for the cheaper place and my credit is terrible (sub 500, I am working on it). I make nearly enough in one paycheck to afford 3 months remt at this cheaper place, have several good referrals, and I disclosed my credit issues being tied to student loans largely.

This new place solves a bunch of problems for us amd gets us. But I am terrified of being denied and being without a home in a month.

The reason I just now applied is tied to a falling matter that lead to a house we thought we had falling through.

If it matters the apartment we are hoping for has been empty for a very long time.
