Hi I took double dose Ritalin in 1 go

Hi everyone, I was prescribed Ritalin 10 mg twice per day and one time I took both in one go while not on full stomach. I have to admit I never did that before and at the time I was not taking the medication regularly (also it was during fasting month after iftar). Since then I noticed I changed and unfortunately I don't think I was able to reverse what had changed? :( I saw doctors, even a neurologist to see what was going on, also a psychiatrist (the one who gave me the clinical interview for ADHD and the prescription). I just feel I am not able to hear my inner voice as strongly as before (sounds vague), might be having a brain fog since then, less alert, less able to make associations. Maybe my memory ability has decreased but I may be wrong. Has anybody ever experienced this or am I just alone in this? I just don't feel the same and I feel so frustrated explaining this while certain people might not get it and may even think I'm overthinking. I'm not asking for any professional advice but if anybody out there has experienced this I would appreciate your sharing of your experience - thank you in advance. Thank you for reading.
