Is ANZ slow af?

Wanted a balance transfer card.

Applied. Was approved two days later then they sent me for an id check.

I did this successfully online.

The card took 8 business days to arrive.

They now want another 10 business days to complete a balance transfer.

The whole point of me applying for this card was for this. It was ambiguous about the timing. I may have considered another lender.
