Chime Refund Issues?

anyone else ever have an issue with a refund? it’s been over two months, I even sent in documents from walmart stating they initiated a refund on several occasions. I’ve contacted Walmart as well over 10 times. it’s more than $100 so it’s very frustrating to just be at a loss because Walmart driver didn’t deliver my tablet & they left it as signed by “NA” it was a signed for package and all. no parties are helping I feel robbed. really making me wanna leave chime.
