Only allotted certain quirks per save file?

Heya, i apparently completed the "little quirks" section for wishes, but i noticed i dont have some things I've seen others post about on socials? I saw one that was like..street dancer or something, but after looking through all my little quirks, I didn't see that one? Are you only allowed certain quirks on some save files? Is that what "random set" meant? I really wanna have them all !! 😓😓 I wish they had more random sets..
