Budget irrelevant, larger sized screen with lights + best display in 2026?

Most internet results just leads me to ipad or kindle. I have no interest in rejoining the iOS ecosystem and kindle/amazon is too locked down for my needs. I am not averse to color, but need something larger with whatever has the best display on the market at present that is not a tablet/iOS. I have been using my old samsung galaxy tab S, but would prefer to go back to e-ink. Would also prefer something that has lighting, as I keep the house rather dark due to chronic migraines.

Post flair? What a stupid name for a subject heading. Straight outta Office Space, I would burn the place down even if they didn't steal my stapler or force me to wear the vest.
