Would you pay $30k for the ability to call your NL provider 24 hours a day?

I just did a quote analysis- $89k purchase price, $10k brokerage, $117k total cost over the life of the lease (excluding running expenses, including the residual).

But.... the NL provider offers a 24 hour call centre for all your urgent enquiries that need to be addressed at 2am 🫩.

What else would you want if they're earning $10k commission from your one lease??
