USB 3.0 ports not working

So 1 day ago I finished building my pc, everything was running fine, I installed everything I needed etc, I was in a game and my friend plugged in a usb in the front case to charge his phone, then suddenly my microphone and headset stopped working, i checked the usb ports and just swapped places to another port, then the mic and headset worked suddenly again, I tried plugging in my keyboard into the 3.0 port and it got power but no detection, I tried every 3.0 port and none of them are working either

I’ve tried reinstalling drivers, went in to bios and started in default to see, I’ve unplugged the pc but still nothing, every other port is working besides my 5 3.0 ports, any solution to this? I haven’t tried uninstalling the ports in the hub section or whatever it’s called cuz I’m afraid if I do I’ll just make it worse

Any work around? Not an RMA, I can’t be bothered waiting ages for a new motherboard

It’s an B850 Tuf plus
