Mech/aero eng course advice

For 3rd year sem 2 of mech/aero engineering, which would be the better or 'easier' aerospace course to take between MECH4200 (flight mechanics and avionics) or MECH4300 (aerospace composites)? Not only would I like to know about the difficulty of the content, but also would want to know which of the courses has better delivery and quality of teaching.

For context, the other courses I'll be doing are MECH3100 (Mechanical systems design), MECH3200 (advanced dynamics and vibrations) and MECH3410 (fluid mechanics). Additionally, I struggled with both MECH2410 and MECH2210 in second year so any tips on how to prepare and study for 3200 and 3410 would be very much appreciated!
