29 gallon tank light recommendations for reds & carpet

Hey guys! So I'm looking to purchase a light for my 29 gallon puffer tank. I plan on having sag carpet and a few reds that require moderate to High light. I'm not the most tech savvy but I know I need at least 6500K and the watts should be double your tank size In gallons so I would assume 60watt minimum. There are a lot of mixed opinions out there and varying reviews. I need help. What are your top two lights you'd recommend. 1st one with no budget and the 2nd if you were on a budget. Please help.
