Instagram Growth

I’ve been growing organically, and I think I’ve been doing a good job, but sometimes I click on the new profiles following and see that they have 1 follower and are following thousands (very bot like, no?). What can I do to stop that? And are there places where I can post to gain real followers? Lately, I have only posted reels to grow. 😔
