Monitors keep flashing black

So I built my own PC, and I’m not sure if I’m keeping it in good health anyway. But I have an MSI NVIDIA Vanguard 5080, a Ryzen 9 7950x, and an MSI Tomahawk x670e. 64 gb RAM and 2tb storage. I recently started getting an issue where my monitors will flash black, and Netflix won’t load. I tried reinstalling drivers, turning off GSync, turning off hardware acceleration, and re-plugging in my HDMI cords. It would randomly flash black for a few seconds every now and then, but it’s started getting much worse. My icons will sometimes switch monitors as well on my Home Screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?
