Roblox not loading

This has been happening for about 2 months

This is happening with Roblox downloaded from both - the website installation and the MS Store installation. Nothing happens beyond this, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the launcher but the files just DON'T GET DELETED. I have tried every common method, does anyone have solutions?
