LHD halogen headlights?

The Altezza JDM style headlights (halogen + only one turn signal bulb) came on cars made for RHD markets. Japan, Aussie, NZ, UK. However, I see that most is200’s that are sold in Germany also come with same style of headlights. Do those have the beam pattern for LHD application?
