Eldorado Seller Told Me to Dispute and Cancel and I did

I placed an order for a pet in roblox but the seller waited the full 20 minutes past the guaranteed delivery and then told me to raise a dispute to give him extra time. He then told me to cancel the dispute since he had gotten enough time and was ready to send the item over. It was one of my first times buying items on eldorado and so I cancelled the dispute hoping it would lead to him sending the items but the system automatically took it as a confirmation that I had received the items. This led to me with nothing and automatically confirming the items being delivered. Then a person called eldorado support had joined the chat somehow and had said "Goodbye seller" then the seller left the chat.
I had gotten a refund of my original amount and had lost fees while depositing the funds into eldorado causing me to be out of 50 bucks. I then contacted support and was given an AI that had no clue what happened. The order currently shows as completed still but i checked my wallet and was issued a refund by an admin at least. I am also slightly afraid that the seller will somehow be able to get the money.
