The West is now complete for next round. (Unlike East with still 3 series going to game 7 in Round 1)

Thunder and Spurs are the favorites each series. But do you think Lakers and/or Wolves can pull off an upset?

I don't think so.

I think it is inevitable that we will have Thunder VS Spurs in the WCF. And that will be exciting. Thunder is the better team, but Spurs kinda had their number this season. Spurs is also probably the second best team in the league just behind Thunder themselves.
