World of Jumpscares help

Decided to get the World of Jumpscares achievement (Die to everything that can kill you at least once), but I've seemingly met the criteria without unlocking it?

I've died to every regular animatronic, I've died to Felix and Funtime Chica, I've died to Psycho Foe, Salvage, and all of the Nightmares. Am I missing some secret thing or is my game just bugged?
