Cat parents in cairo!

I need help. Im moving to cairo in 3 months and im going to adopt a kitten after i settle in. But I want to know what to expect in terms of expenses. What are the necessities and how much do they cost? Is there anywhere i can get them for better prices? What do i avoid? Any general advice? Thanks in advance!!!

Also, I want to adopt not buy, and i was thinking facebook marketplace. Is that a no-no or do you think it'll be okay?
