Do I need a EU express pass?

I have been to UO and IoA multiple times, so this trip my mom and I are doing some Disney parks and two days at epic universe. Since I am doing two full days open to close at EU, do I need express passes to do everything? If I miss some stuff that’s fine, I really just want to hit the highlights and enjoy the vibes, and then ride whatever else I can. Thank you!
