Quitting the hobby for good

Been collecting on and off since I was a kid. Not sure why we have stooped so low as to undermine the children this hobby was built off of, but I’m done feeding into it. Saw pictures of two grown men cutting a child in line for a vending machine, and that is outright unacceptable. This not even to mention THA on a persona level, I’m 21 and trying to put myself through law school while paying these absurd scalper prices. The last straw for me was having to pay $410 today for my personal chase card (white flare victini), bringing it home, and realizing I paid near mint prices for a damaged copy. Even more than that was realizing I dropped the price of an Xbox on a piece of cardboard. Wake up yall, we’re being preyed off of by a modern system that was never built for us.
