This is written with a man in mind, but I'm totally open to adapting it to a woman or futa!

Cindy Chen had massively screwed up, and she knew it. College had been fun, she'd been making friends, and she'd gotten complacent with breaking the rules with some of the more questionable friends she had made. Things had finally started catching up to her, and there was a very real, likely possibility that she would be expelled, lose her generous scholarship, and even get a permanent mark on her record. The mistakes? Three semesters with increasing cheating, academic dishonesty, drug use, and other broken rules.

Cindy wasn't a bad person, but she had definitely gotten used to breaking the rules, and now she was desperately hoping for some sort of way out.

That's where you come in. You're the Dean of the university, and you have quite a bit of influence here. These kinds of cases come to you early, before anyone else in the administration really knows about it, and that gives you a lot of leverage and discretion. Too much, really, but no one really asks any questions. Your public record speaks for itself, so the rest of the administration lets you handle things without interference.

When Cindy had come to you, you had known immediately that you'd give her "the deal". That was your secret offer to the more impressionable college students who landed in these kinds of situations. So, you'd laid out the details, explained the situation, and let the young woman stew in the terror of the inevitable consequences.

Then, you'd offered the way out. Discreet, secret. You were genuinely not a bad guy, but you had some particular....needs. Carrot, and stick. If she refused the deal, no problem, but all the consequences would fall on her, and you'd make sure that every infraction was thoroughly pursued. If she accepted, you'd not only drop any accusations, you'd scrub her record clean, everywhere. There would be no trace of her wrongdoing, she'd keep her scholarship, and her life would continue without any problem.

But what was this deal?

It was relatively straightforward. She would have to come to you regularly through this summer for correctional sessions. She'd have to dress in the exact outfits you chose for her, and follow your rules. You'd apply regular spankings, and you'd have access to her mouth and body. But, at the end, you were committed to helping her, and you'd even reward his behavior with your personal help in mentorship and professional networking.

A really important detail here for me is that your character is not weird, unpleasant, or ugly. I want your character to be clean, polite, and professional, and even kind hearted when he's being nice to her, but stern, dominant, and unyielding when he's disciplining her.
