Something uncanny about the listing photos on this property, ai touchups? Or just good photoshop editing?

The grass is too green, the paint is too blue, but most if all, there’s something too perfect about like the shape and grain of the kitchen cabinets, deck boards, siding, etc.

Some of the furniture is too ugly to be fake but some of it also looks uncanny, chairs maybe missing legs, a dresser that looks like the perspective is a little off, and overall just too “perfect” with a hard to describe soft, plastic-feeling. Even the deck boards are too red and too perfect. I think this was touched up with some generative tooling but I’m not familiar with the techniques. Am I looking at AI?
