Is PVC worth the extra cost vs TPO?

There is a $7000 cost difference between PVC and TPO from a bid from a roofing company we are keen to work with. Note we will have a full tapered system across the entire roof which is a multi unit condo building. The roofing company recommend PVC as it’s more flexible and suitable for contours and bends, which there are plenty of on our roof. I get the pros and benefits of PVC but it seems it’s more than what our roof needs. Ideally, we would like to save the $7000 difference unless there is a big benefit to spending it on PVC. Thoughts?
