Legitimate question: which do you consider to be the most practical branch of power so far?

Ah, by practical I mean the cost-benefit ratio of power, that is, which power you can get the most use out of without having so much to lose.

For daily life or personal combat, I believe that long-range vision and the power of mirrors simply have so many uses with so little risk that unless you actively want to risk your life, it's difficult for someone to finish you off.
