Best way to learn cantonese?

I immigrated to hk as a kid and went to international school my whole life so my mandarin and cantonese is very bad

and its super embarrassing that I live in HK and cant even speak the language

I want to know what the best + fastest way is to become proficient in at least conversational cantonese is, bc although I can understand 60-70% of usual conversations in cantonese Im not great at speaking 😢 obviously getting better at reading and writing would be great to

courses, in person or not, books, apps, im open to any suggestions 🙏🙏🙏
