31F Struggling with current transition, degen neck issues, treated adhd.

I’m a 31 female, Im treated and diagnosed for adhd, I was on adderalxr and took 5mg boosters, I also have degenerative disc disease in my c6-c7 found out about it march 2026.

I switched from Adderal xr 20xr to 50mg Vyvanse, as I thought my sensations from my degenerative neck isssues were worse, I also wondered if they could be causing these issues? I’m not entirely sure.

I took my 50 MG Vyvanse the sensations were lessened however I also have been sleeping proper on my back instead of laying on my shoulder since taking it.

My crashes on this new medication are terrible I fall asleep at work once in the morning, thankfully my job isn’t too busy. And I also crash by 4-6PM.

My doctor noted he didn’t want to switch me back and forth I was in 49 Vyvanse tried 20 xr Adderal, crashed went back to 40 Vyvanse, than we tried Adderal xr and booster and I’m on Vyvanse.

My main concern is, first about the medication would Adderal xr and Dex cause my flare ups to worsen or affect the arm sensations compared to Vyvanse??

I also take vitamin d, lions mane, vitamin b6-12 and magnesium
