UG stream confusion at SRM ( BCA vs Btech ECE)

myquals: 12th from state board with not so good percentage.

From a very early age i have been attracted towards the finance industry and the advertisement industry so i want to do MBA.

I wasted 2-3 years in jee prep but didn't study much( had a major health issue). Now at the time of college admissions I have two options.

SRM KTR BCA(cheap) and SRM KTR Btech ECE(within my budget)

Please help me with that.
